HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE:

​​NEW MEMBERSHIPS:  

  1. Make sure VP signature and approval date are on the application or it will not be accepted.
  2. Complete above "New Application Submission Form"
  3. If paying by check, make sure check is made out to "BNI Global" (not Chapter name)
  4. If paying by check, mail* hard copy of the application and check to the Charlotte, NC address at the bottom of this page.

RENEWALS:

  1. Renewals must be completed online by the Member
  2. Renewals received after the due date of the 1st will automatically receive a $50 late fee, no exceptions
  3. VP Approval must be submitted online, on or before the renewal date.  Pre-approvals encouraged.
  4. If payment is by check, make sure check is payable to "BNI Global" (not Chapter name)
  5. If payment is by check, include a note indicating Chapter Name, Member Name, and that it is a Renewal Payment. Mail* to the Charlotte, NC address below.
